Information we collect
When you contact RATE AI, we may receive your name, email address, organization, enquiry type, subject and the content of your message. We also record the privacy acknowledgement submitted with the form. Please avoid sending sensitive documents or special-category personal data through the initial contact form.
Why we process it
Information submitted through the contact form is used to route, review and respond to enquiries, maintain appropriate institutional correspondence and protect the integrity and security of RATE AI communications. Further processing, if any, will depend on the nature of the resulting relationship.
Website analytics
Google Analytics is configured as an optional analytics service. It is not loaded before a visitor selects “I agree” in the privacy choices banner. Visitors who choose “Essential only” can use the website without optional analytics. Cookie preferences can be changed through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted on Netlify. Contact-form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Where analytics consent is given and a Google Analytics property is active, Google processes analytics data as a service provider under its applicable terms and privacy arrangements.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the communication, maintain appropriate institutional records, establish or defend legal claims where necessary, and meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics retention is governed by the configuration of the active Google Analytics property.
Your rights
