Main objective: To increase the access of disadvantaged citizen in multicultural urban areas to services offered by the justice system with the help of technology.
2022: Mapping and needs assessment for the project: “Support to the enhancement of resilience and self-reliance Ukrainian Refugees”, financed by United Nations and implemented by Heks/EPER Romania, Open Fields Foundation Cluj-Napoca and partners.
2023: Market research and needs assessment for the project “Enhancement of the Resilience and Self Reliance Services to Ukrainian Refugees”, financed by UNHCR and implemented by Heks/EPER Foundation, Romania.

Position: Coordinator of a research to assess the needs in 10 disadvantaged communities in Romania with Roma population.
(2018-1019) The formulation and promotion of an alternative proposal to the public policies initiated by the Government, according to SCAP, to increase the resilience of communities to emergency situations through the use of technology: the "smart volunteer" (voluntarI) interactive platform.

(2014-2015) Evaluation of the Quality of Life for the Strategic Planning Process of the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca
Position: Coordinator of the Evaluation of Quality of Life. This project was highly participatory and was coordinated by Babes-Bolyai University. Raluca Antonie coordinated an evaluation of the quality of life in Cluj-Napoca, at community level.
